Purpose of the Job

Maintain accurate, up-to-date architectural records, including construction drawings and specifications

Job Responsibilities

proficient with Autocad or similar software, sketchup, revit is an advantage

conduct site inspections to ensure that design intent is adhered 

Required Competencies

Educational Qualification : Graduate

Skill Competencies : Excellent graphic, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
Willingness to work on a variety of project types, building typologies, and architectural styles.
Strong proficiency modeling in REVIT and SketchUp.
Growing understanding of building codes and how to apply them.

Experience : 7 ~ 10years
