Learning & Development Specialist
Purpose of the Job
Design, Conduct and Organize Learning Interventions to meet the diverse needs of the organisation
Job Responsibilities
1. Analysing the training needs across the organisation and identifying the core training
areas
2. Creating and maintaining an annual training calendar incorporating different training
phases
3. Designing training programs based on the needs analysis and learning design
principles
4. Creating the training program documents and other collaterals
5. Conducting training programs through in-person and online medium, as required
6. Identifying and working with external trainers for specialised topics
7. Ensuring smooth proper functioning of the Learning Management System (LMS)
8. Communicating with relevant departments regarding program details and registration
9. Collecting feedback post training and updating the training design based on this
10. Providing post training support to participants
11. Evaluating training effectiveness through participants feedback and on-job
assessment
