Call Center Representative
Purpose of the Job
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics. Identify callers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities• Answer calls and respond to emails • Handle inquiries both over the phone and by email • Research required information using available resources • Manage and resolve volunteers complaints • Share program and volunteering information • Enter new meditators/volunteers information into system • Update existing meditators/volunteers information • Identify and escalate priority issues • Follow up meditators calls where necessary • Produce call reports
