To handle customer queries and resolve it efficiently
1.Respond to support queries in a timely and accurate way, mostly via email, sometimes via call.
2.Identify user needs and help them use specific features
3.Analyze and report product defects (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
4.Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
5.Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
6.Inform users about new features and functionalities
7.Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
8.Gather user feedback and share with the lead so it can be shared with Product, Sales and Marketing teams
9.Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
