Purpose of the Job

Help take Sadhguru and his offerings to audience across India using paid advertising

Job Responsibilities

Work with the paid marketing team, understand the overall campaign objectives, support in developing & executing paid search marketing strategies across various ad platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Help create the overall paid campaign strategy across multiple platforms
Work on creative requirements including ad copies for various platforms
Coordinate with design & video teams, help obtain banner ads & video ads and all creatives required for the campaigns
Work with the technology team, ensure paid search ad platform codes & Google Analytics tracking codes are triggering & collecting data.
Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities of the various campaigns across different ad platforms , including the campaign planning, implementation, and budget management.
Monitor and build daily reports on the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns, meet & review with stakeholders, and optimize to achieve the targets.

Required Competencies

Educational Qualification : Graduate

Skill Competencies : Knowledge of the leading PPC platforms (Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora).
Experience running paid ads end to end from planning, setting up, optimizing and delivering.
Ability to write compelling ad copies is a must.
Familiarity with landing page design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Expert knowledge of excel and Google sheets.
Working knowledge of Google analytics.
