Purpose of the Job
"1. A few years of IT and software experience involving data analysis
2. Experience using BI - Business Intelligence Tools (reporting tools)"
Job Responsibilities
Identify areas of CRM
enahancements for better efficency
- Prioritize them so that IT team can work on them as per the need and
severity of issues/requirements
- Prepare CR documents for bigger requirements/changes in CRM. Get
necessary approvals for the CR before sending IT to IT team.
- Do the UAT testing of the issues/requrements provided by the IT
team.
- Provide approval to go live for releases. Also, Do sanity test after
going live.
